Required products :

  • 1 packet of active dry yeast
  • 3/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 55 grams of butter
  • 85 grams melted
  • 1.5 teaspoons of instant coffee
  • 1 large egg
  • vanilla essence or vanilla
  • 3-4 teaspoons of flour
  • 1/4 tea cup of cocoa powder
  • 90-100 grams of chocolate drops or finely chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice

Method of preparation :

Warm the milk a little and dissolve the dry yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in it. Stir, cover the dish with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the butter together with the chocolate.

When a "cap" forms on the surface of the milk, add the egg to the bowl, the remaining sugar, vanilla, coffee and cocoa. Stir and then pour in the melted chocolate.

Make a dough (it turns out soft, so you can use a mixer with a dough attachment) and leave it to rise for 2 hours.

When this happens, pour in the chopped walnuts, chocolate drops (you can also use halva, figs or other additives) and give the shape of bread.

Leave for another hour to rise again and bake for 40 minutes at an oven temperature of 180 degrees.

Have a chocolate!
