How To Cook Chocolate Brownie With Cinnamon And Ginger - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of flour, sifted
  • 250 grams of unsalted butter, chopped
  • 300 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 330 grams of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 tea cup of cocoa, sifted
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • In a water bath, melt the butter with 200 grams of chocolate and stir constantly until smooth. Remove from the heat to cool.
  • Add 1 egg to the chocolate mixture and mix with a mixer. Repeat with the remaining eggs.
  • Add sugar, flour, baking powder, spices, cocoa and mix well again.
  • Pour the dough into a pre-greased square pan about 20 cm wide.
  • Bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes or until fully cooked / according to the oven /.
  • Wait for the cake to cool before cutting it into squares.
  • Meanwhile, melt the remaining 100 grams of chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the pieces of brownie with powdered sugar and glaze with chocolate.
