How To Cook Chocolate Brownie With Coconut And Walnuts - Recipe

Necessary products

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons coconut chips (coconut flakes)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 can (400 milliliters) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

 

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking tray.

In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Beat the eggs one by one, then add 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla.

In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Pour them into the mixture with the eggs and beat until you get a thick dough. Add the walnuts and stir again. Pour half of the mixture into the pan.

To prepare the middle layer, mix the coconut chips, condensed milk and the remaining vanilla. Spread the finished mixture in the pan on the first layer. Finally, pour the other half of the cocoa mixture and spread it evenly.

Bake for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool to room temperature, cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
