Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease a 18 cm diameter pan with oil and set aside.
Put the butter and chocolate for the marsh in a fireproof bowl on a pot of boiling water - let the bottom of the bowl not touch the water. Stir to melt the ingredients, wait for it to cool.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
Beat the eggs and sugar until well combined. Add the chocolate mixture, milk, vanilla and stir again. Finally add the flour and combine well.
Pour the dough into the pan and bake until dry, about 27-30 minutes.
Cool completely in the pan.
For the ganasha, heat the cream until it boils and immediately pour the chocolate over it. Allow the heat to release the pieces of chocolate for 5 minutes, then stir until a homogeneous thick mixture is obtained.
Cool for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Drizzle the cake with the chocolate ganache and flatten. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for another 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove the brownie cake 15 minutes before serving from the refrigerator, then cut. Sprinkle each slice with sugar hearts.
