Required products :

500 grams of shortbread cookies

200 grams of butter

300 grams of boiled condensed milk

150 grams of condensed milk

140 grams of walnuts

100 grams of white chocolate

100 grams of milk chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Then gradually add the condensed milk without stopping to beat. It's time for the boiled milk. Add it and beat for another 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture.

Crush the biscuits, grind the walnuts finely and pour the two products in the milk-butter combination. Mix thoroughly, transfer to a suitable plate and form a round shape.

Melt the white and milk chocolate separately in a water bath. Drizzle the cake first with the milk and then with the white chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and leave the dessert for 2-3 hours, then refrigerate briefly to cool.
