Necessary products:
100 grams of flour
100 grams of sugar
100 grams of chocolate
150 grams of butter
3 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tsp baking soda
6-7 tsp liqueur or cognac
Method of preparation:
Melt 50 grams of butter and a piece of chocolate. Stir well. Then beat the eggs and sugar until white, start gradually adding the flour, stirring vigorously. Mix the soda with the liqueur immediately add to the resulting dough. Pour in the mixture of chocolate and butter. Stir. Pour into a deep bowl or microwave form (dough should be halfway up). Put in the microwave at maximum power for 6 minutes. Remove the cake and allow to cool. Peel the edges of the dish with a knife and transfer to a plate. Cut into 3 loaves and soak them in liqueur.
Preparation of cream:
Mix 100 grams of butter with powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir until smooth.
Smear the tops with cream and "assemble" the cake. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. It can be served immediately or refrigerated overnight.
