Necessary products
For the dough:
500 grams of flour
25 grams of fresh yeast or 8 - 10 grams of fast-acting
100 grams of butter
150 milliliters of fresh milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon sugar
For the filling:
50 - 75 grams of chocolate
For sprinkling and rolling:
100 grams of walnuts
50 grams of coconut shavings
100 grams of butter
3 - 5 tablespoons of honey
Method of preparation:
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Add the yeast and sugar to it, stir.
Melt the butter.
Pour the milk, stir. Put the eggs and beat thoroughly.
Combine the liquid and dry mixtures. Knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and leave for 2-3 hours in a cool place.
Then divide it into 4 cm pieces.
In the middle of each of them "hide" a piece of chocolate. "Close" it with the dough and form a round loaf.
Mix the ground walnuts with the coconut shavings.
Melt the butter in a separate bowl. Turn on the oven to heat.
Dip each loaf in the butter.
Then roll in the mixture of walnuts and coconut.
Arrange the loaves in a round pan, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes to rise. Put to bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Warm the honey.
Sprinkle the bread with the remaining nuts and pour over the honey. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
