Necessary products
For swamps:
100 grams of butter
50 grams of sugar
50 grams of flour
40 grams of cocoa
50 grams of crushed almonds
For the nut layer:
80 grams of almonds and peanuts
50 grams of sugar
pinch of salt a
teaspoon of oil
For the chocolate filling:
150 grams of dark chocolate
120 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream
70 milliliters of fresh milk
1 large egg
Method of preparation :
Beat the butter (softened) with the sugar, add the cocoa and 50 grams of crushed almonds to the flour. Combine the two mixtures to make a plastic dough. Roll it out thinly and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Using a blender, grind a total of 80 grams of almonds and peanuts together with 50 grams of sugar, a teaspoon of oil and add a pinch of salt. Distribute the resulting combination evenly over the cooled base.
Drizzle with cream made from melted chocolate, liquid cream, milk and egg.
Bake the cake at 150 degrees in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
