How To Cook Chocolate Cake With Apple Puree And Raspberry Jam (without Eggs) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup apple puree
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 tea cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of vanilla

Method of preparation :

Melt the broken pieces of chocolate in a water bath.

 

Mix the raspberry jam and apple puree and distribute evenly in a pan.

Add the vanilla and melted chocolate. Stir.

 

Sift the flour into a pile on this base. Add baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt.

 

Make a thick dough and pour the raspberries on it.

 

Stir everything again. The fruit will thaw, giving the dough density.

 

Line a suitable form with parchment or use silicone. Distribute the fruit-chocolate combination in it and level the surface.

 

Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven, which you previously heated to 175 degrees. During this time, the cake will not be completely ready, do not be surprised.

 

Wait for it to cool in the dish and then put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
