Necessary products

For the dough:

2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder (no sugar)
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon hot water

For cream:

150 grams of butter, softened at room temperature
1.5 teaspoon of cocoa powder (without sugar)
5 teaspoons of powdered sugar
2/3 teaspoon of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease the bottom of two round shapes with oil, sprinkle with a little sifted flour.

In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, pour in the milk and oil, add the vanilla and beat everything with a mixer for 3 minutes. Then pour the water and stir by hand.

Distribute the dough evenly in the prepared dishes and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Leave the finished countertops in the molds for 10 minutes and then remove.

Make a cream. Beat the softened butter with a mixer until white and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add the cocoa and powdered sugar, alternating them with the milk and vanilla.
Beat the mixture until creamy.

Cut horizontally in two each of the countertops. You can make more than two if you cut thinly.

Spread each layer with the finished cream and arrange on top of each other, forming a cake.
Also smear the surface with cream.

Garnish with grated chocolate, nuts or anything else of your choice.

Enjoy your meal!
