Required products :
100 grams of bitter chocolate
120 grams of butter
150 grams of sugar
4 eggs
150 grams of flour
1 teaspoon (equal) leavening agent
300 grams of soft cottage cheese
1 packet of vanilla sugar
300 grams of frozen cherries
pinch of salt
Required products :
Break the chocolate into pieces, melt it together with the butter in a water bath. Beat 2 of the eggs and 50 grams of sugar with a mixer, add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
To make the cream, beat the curd with the remaining 100 grams of sugar and the other 2 eggs (until creamy).
Add the melted and cooled chocolate with the butter to the eggs and sugar that you beat earlier. Beat with a mixer, add the flour and baking powder. You should beat at the lowest speed or stir the mixture with a suitable spoon.
Grease a form (diameter 21 cm) with oil and pour 1/3 of the dough, put half of the cream, then half of the thawed cherries.
Repeat the layers in the same sequence: dough, cream, cherries and finish with dough.
Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Wait for it to cool in the mold and then remove and cut.
