Required products :

75 grams of flour
4 eggs
120 grams of butter
14 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
230 milliliters of milk
1/4 teaspoon soda
200 grams of coconut shavings

For the glaze:

5 tablespoons fresh milk
50 grams of sugar
50 grams of cocoa powder
20 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

Carefully separate the yolks from the whites.
Add 25 grams of sugar to the yolks and stir.
Beat the cooled egg whites thoroughly with 5 tablespoons of sugar. Then gradually add the yolks, flour, cocoa and baking soda.
Pour the resulting dough into a greased form and bake in a preheated oven to 180-190 degrees for 25 minutes.
While the marshmallows are baking, make the cream.
Put 6 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan, pour 1 teaspoon of milk, pour the coconut shavings and add 100 grams of butter. Let the mixture boil on low heat for about 10-13 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually it will thicken. Bring to the boil and allow to cool. A thick cream is obtained.
