4 eggs
200 grams of coconut shavings
120 grams of butter
5 tablespoons liqueur of your choice
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Method of preparation :

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the yolks and mix thoroughly.
Mix the egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar and beat, then add the egg yolks, cocoa, flour and baking soda.
Pour the resulting dough into a greased form and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the remaining sugar with the butter, pour in the milk and add the coconut shavings. Stirring, heat over low heat. After 10 minutes the cream will become slightly thick, remove from the heat and let cool.

Cut the finished chocolate cake horizontally into two parts and pour the liqueur. Spread the coconut cream on one and cover with the other half.

You can make a glaze from fresh milk, cocoa, sugar and butter and pour it over the cake. An option is to just sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
