Required products :
200 grams of high quality dark chocolate
150 grams of unsalted butter
6 eggs

Method of preparation :

Thoroughly mix the melted chocolate with the butter and the egg mixture with the sugar. First, add 1/3 of the whipped egg whites to mix more easily, and then add the remaining amount. Followed by sifted flour and coffee extract.
