How To Cook Chocolate Cake With Coffee (without Flour) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chocolate cake with coffee (without flour)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 350 grams of dark chocolate (50-70% cocoa), broken into pieces
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 225 grams of butter, cut into cubes + a little to spread on the baking dish
  • 6 fresh eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)
  • 175 milliliters of boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee

Method of preparation :

Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment and grease with oil.

Grind the chocolate and powdered sugar with a blender to a powder. Add the butter, egg yolks, coffee and pour the water. Mix the ingredients well.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites into a thick foam, which you combine with the resulting chocolate mass. You need to gradually add the egg whites, stirring them gently.

Distribute the "dough" in the prepared form, which you put in the already hot oven (180 degrees) for about 45-60 minutes (with a toothpick check the readiness).

Before serving the dessert, leave it at room temperature for a while until cool.

You can serve with powdered sugar, decorate with fresh berries or decorate with vanilla ice cream.

Enjoy!
