Required products :

4 eggs

1.5 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons hot water

1 teaspoon cocoa

2 teaspoons baking soda

2.5 teaspoons flour

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon baking powder

1 packet of vanilla sugar

250 grams of butter

 

For cream :

1.5 cups of fresh milk

2 teaspoons sugar

450 grams of butter

300 grams of cherries soaked in alcohol of your choice

instead of milk and sugar you can use condensed milk

 

For decoration :

1 chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the cocoa in the hot water, add the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Mix everything well, you will get a liquid dough resembling cream. Divide it into two equal parts and bake two loaves. Allow them to cool, while making the cream.

Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar in it. Let cool.

Beat the softened butter and add to the sweetened milk, pouring it in a thin stream and without stopping to beat. Divide the cream into three parts.

Cut the inside of one tray, leaving only thin walls.

Cut the second loaf in half to make two thin ones. Leave one of them whole, and the other together with the cut inner part cut into small pieces.

Mix 2/3 of the cream with the sliced ​​marshmallows, add the drunk cherries, stir and fill the cut marshmallow, of which you have left only the walls. Cover with the whole piece and spread the cake with the remaining cream.

Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.
