How To Cook Chocolate Cake With Cream And Icing Ganache - Recipe

Necessary products

 

200 grams of brown sugar

190 milliliters of fresh milk

130 grams of butter

 

 

200 grams of flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

50 grams of cocoa powder

3 eggs

190 grams of butter

350 grams of powdered sugar

 

100 grams of malt milk powder

1 tablespoon powdered milk

300 grams of dark chocolate

130 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 35%

30 grams of butter

 

400 - 500 grams suitable round chocolates or similar for decoration (quantity depends on size)

 

 

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the sugar, butter and milk, put on low heat and stir until the butter melts and the consistency is uniform.

Add cocoa, baking powder, butter to the flour (to get crumbs), then beaten eggs, sugar. Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased form. Bake the marshmallows at 180 degrees for 55 minutes.

Break the chocolate into pieces, add the cream, butter and put on medium heat until the chocolate melts. Allow the combination to cool slightly and beat until smooth with a mixer, adding sugar, milk powder and malt.

Cut the prepared loaf into 3 or 4 parts, which are glued with cream. Sprinkle each layer with glaze. Put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour and a half. When removed, cover with the remaining glaze and decorate with chocolates.
