Necessary products
For swamps:
300 grams of yogurt (or kefir)
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
2-3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons flour
Cream can be prepared according to one of the following recipes :
First option - cream
Second option - milk-egg cream
To sprinkle the finished cake you can combine the following products or use only your favorite of them :
Method of preparation :
First make the dough. In a suitable bowl, lightly beat the eggs together with the oil and yoghurt. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking soda and sugar.
Next, add the liquid to the dry combination and mix everything well.
Grease a suitable form with oil and pour the resulting dough into it. Bake the marshmallows in the oven at a temperature of 170-200 degrees for 50 minutes.
Preparation of the cream
Mix the melted butter with the sugar and cream, then beat the products until smooth.
Preparation of milk-egg cream
Pour the milk into a saucepan and put on the stove to boil. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar until white foam forms. Then gradually add the flour without stopping to beat. Combine the resulting mixture with boiling milk, pouring it in a thin stream into it and stirring often. Reduce the heat and add the vanilla sugar (do not stop stirring). Allow the cream to cool, put the softened butter in it and mix thoroughly again. Put the cream in the refrigerator for half an hour, then you can use as intended.
We move on to the "assembly" of the cake .
When the marsh cools down, cut it horizontally into 3 parts, which you arrange on top of each other, spreading between them with your favorite cream.
You can cover the surface with melted chocolate, sprinkle with crushed walnuts and / or biscuits.
