Necessary products

For the dough:

225 grams of flour
100 grams of cocoa powder
170 grams of finely chopped dark chocolate
400 grams of brown sugar or 300 grams of white
230 grams of sour cream at room temperature
170 grams of butter at room temperature
180 milliliters of boiling water
5 eggs
1 teaspoon ground or instant coffee
1 teaspoon spoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the stuffing:

300 grams of cream cheese
100 grams of sugar (maybe 50 if you prefer)
1 egg
4 teaspoons flour
1 vanilla

Method of preparation :

Make the filling by whipping the cream cheese together with the egg and flour. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the sugar and vanilla. Stir thoroughly.

Take care of the dough.

In a suitable bowl, mix the cocoa, chopped chocolate, coffee and pour boiling water over them. After about 2 minutes, the chocolate will melt and then mix everything until smooth.
Wait for it to cool to room temperature and combine with the cream. Stir.

Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla using a mixer until fluffy (about 3 minutes). Then start adding the eggs one by one, beating constantly.
It is time for the sifted flour, soda and salt.

Then, beating at low speed, add the flour and chocolate mass to the butter mixture, alternating a little of the two until their quantities are exhausted. We recommend that you finish with the flour.

Grease a large form with oil and evenly distribute half of the dough in it. Put the cream cheese filling on it, but try not to touch the walls of the dish.

Carefully, using a spoon, spread the remaining dough over the cream, filling the free space around the walls of the bowl first, and then the rest.

Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Once removed from the oven, let stand in the form for about 20 minutes, then place on a wire rack and let cool completely.
Drizzle with chocolate glaze and serve.
