Grease the bottom of a round pan with oil - do not grease the sides, this will prevent the cake from inflating evenly.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the chocolate to melt it. Wait a few minutes, then stir to obtain a uniform consistency.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, stir vigorously until a very light mixture is obtained.
Beat the egg whites in the snow, gradually adding the remaining sugar at the end of the stirring.
Whip the cream until hard peaks form.
Mix the chocolate mixture with the yolk, pouring it in a thin stream while stirring constantly.
Add the egg whites to the mixture, spoon by spoon, stirring gently with a spatula. Finally, add the cream in the same way.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool to room temperature, not worrying if the cake falls in the middle, that's the goal.
In the resulting well in the cake put the whipped cream, forming it into a pile. Decorate with a little chocolate.
