Required products :

700 grams sour cream
2 teaspoons flour
100 grams butter
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
450 grams dark chocolate
100 grams cocoa powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
500 milliliters milk
6 eggs

Preparation :
Pour the milk into a jar, put the lemon juice and let the liquid cross.
Sift the flour, add the soda and cocoa, mix them.
Beat the butter with half of the powdered sugar and the rest with the eggs.
Then combine the two mixtures, gradually adding the egg to the butter.
It is time to successively add the dry mixture and skim milk.
Make a dough, which you divide into two parts and bake. Use a mold with a diameter of about 28-30 centimeters.
Cut the finished countertops horizontally in half.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, whip the sour cream (you can add powdered sugar) and mix the two products.
Coat each of the four marshmallows with chocolate cream and "assemble" the dessert, arranging them on top of each other.
Cover the surface again with cream and decorate as desired.
Enjoy your meal!
