Necessary products
For the dough:
4 eggs
80 grams sugar
20 milliliters of milk
100 milliliters of oil
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon
vanilla baking powder
For cream:
50 grams of sugar
100 milliliters of fresh milk
200 grams of condensed milk
2 tablespoons honey a
pinch of vanilla
200 milliliters of liquid cream or sourdough with a fat content of 20%
25 grams of gelatin
Method of preparation :
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites until fluffy, and the yolks until white, along with the sugar and vanilla.
Add the milk, oil, honey to the sweet combination, then add the sifted cocoa and the flour with the baking powder. Stir and then add the egg whites.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, which are baked successively in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Start making the cream.
Pour gelatin with 2 tablespoons of water, it should swell. Then dissolve in 50 milliliters of milk and put the pan on low heat. The gelatin should dissolve completely, but do not allow the mixture to boil. Add the condensed milk, the remaining 50 milliliters of fresh milk and honey.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream with the sugar and vanilla for about 4 minutes (to obtain a thick mass). Then add the milk mixture, stir and store the cream in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to thicken.
Once removed from the refrigerator, spread it on one already cooled tray, put the second on top of the dessert is ready.
You can pour it with a glaze of sour cream, cocoa, sugar and a small piece of butter. Leave the cake for about 3 hours and then serve.
