How To Cook Chocolate Cake With Red Wine, Raisins And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

220 grams of flour
250 grams of butter
170 grams of sugar
4 eggs
70 grams of raisins
70 grams of ground walnuts
125 milliliters of red wine
50 grams of chocolate
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon topped with cocoa
pinch of
vanilla salt on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation :

First, beat the butter with the sugar until white, then add the eggs and beat. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, cocoa, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and a little vanilla, stirring constantly.

Pour boiling water over the raisins for 15 minutes and then pour into the dough, draining them from the liquid beforehand. Add the ground walnuts and mix everything thoroughly. Add the melted chocolate, pour the wine and once again mix all the products.

Pour the finished dough into a greased suitable form and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Allow the cake to cool in the mold for about an hour, then cut and serve.
