Required products :
6 - 7 eggs
150 grams of granulated sugar
150 grams of ground almonds
70 grams of cocoa
120 grams of butter
For the stuffing:
jam, marmalade or chocolate
Required products :
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks to a froth with the sugar, add the cocoa, grated or ground almonds. Beat the egg whites separately into a stiff foam with the butter and add to the other products.
Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable form, greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake until done. Cut the prepared loaf into two parts, which you spread with your favorite filling. If desired, glue the two parts together.
Pour the finished cake with melted chocolate and put it in the fridge for a while.
