Necessary products:

  • 3/4 tsp flour
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 s. l. cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp fresh milk
  • pinch of salt

For the glaze:

  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 2 sec. l. oil
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 s. l. cocoa

Method of preparation:

Mix the flour with the cocoa, add the salt. Separately mix the softened butter with the sugar and beat until smooth. Then add the eggs one by one, beating well after each. Finally, combine the two mixtures, add the milk and pour into a pre-oiled pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Do not remove the cake from the pan until it has cooled.

Glaze: Melt the butter, add the cocoa to it and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, add the condensed milk, sugar, mix well and spread the goods. Allow to cool completely and soak. Cut and serve.
