If you are a fan of hot foods and, accordingly, of strong sensations, you may have tried desserts with added hot pepper, which enhances the sweetness of chocolate and adds spiciness to the taste. However, these hot chocolate chocolates will offer you an even more unforgettable experience and will take you to the next level.

Required products :

  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 1 green hot pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cognac
  • 1 chocolate (dark), melted
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Cut the peppers into slices about 1 cm thick and remove the seeds without spoiling the circles obtained by cutting. Soak them in cognac for half an hour.

Remove the pieces of pepper from the alcohol and dip them in the melted chocolate to cover them on all sides.

Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Wait for the chocolate to harden (you can put them in the fridge).

When firm, arrange on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
