Necessary products:

  • 250 grams of chocolate biscuits
  • 175 grams of butter
  • 120 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • 250 grams of milk chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 1/3 tea cup of cream with a fat content of not less than 33%
  • 1/4 tea cup brown sugar
  • 400 grams of condensed milk

Method of preparation:

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, leaving 3 cm to hang from the edges. It is good for the dish to be 19 x 19 cm. Melt 125 grams of butter. Grind the biscuits with a blender (to make crumbs). Add the melted butter to them and beat again to get a "dough". Put it in the form, level the surface and press with a spoon. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, during which time make the caramel filling.

Pour the condensed milk into a thick-bottomed saucepan, add the remaining 50 grams of butter and brown sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 - 12 minutes, until the mixture thickens and acquires a golden color.

Spread the whole hazelnuts on the biscuit base, pour the caramel on top and level with a spoon. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Mix the chocolate and cream in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at maximum power. Then stir and repeat the procedure if necessary.

Spread the chocolate mixture over the caramel, cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving, cut into pieces.
