Required products :

250 grams of sugar
300 milliliters of fresh milk
300 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 15-20%
200 grams of dark chocolate
4 eggs + 4 yolks

Method of preparation :

Caramelize 200 grams of sugar and distribute in suitable molds. When pouring the caramel, turn the dishes so that it covers the bottom and walls.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the cream and dark chocolate, broken into pieces. Place the pan on the hob and heat the contents over low heat until the chocolate is melted.

Beat whole eggs and yolks with the remaining sugar. Add the warm chocolate milk to them and mix well. Distribute the liquid in the caramel tins, which you arrange in a tray with hot water (its level should reach the middle of the bowls).

Place in a preheated 160 degree oven and bake the dessert for about 25 minutes.
Once the cream has cooled enough, put it in the refrigerator to cool well.
When you take it out, turn it over on a suitable plate (separate the dessert from the walls of the dish with a sharp knife). Drizzle with the caramel sauce left on the bottom of the tins and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
