Necessary products:

300 grams of chocolate waffles

50 grams of butter

1.5 cups sugar

1 tbsp sugar

500 grams of dark chocolate

500 grams of cottage cheese (with a fat content of not less than 4%)

¾ cup of cream (fat content 22%)

4 eggs

2 s. л. as on dust

Method of preparation:

Crush the waffles and mix them with the butter (at room temperature). Pour the mixture into a bowl and bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.

Mix the cottage cheese (pre-pass it through a sieve) with 1.5 cups of sugar and cocoa. Stir well. Add the eggs one by one and beat well.

Melt 300 grams of chocolate in a water bath. Add the curd mixture to it and mix well.

Place the resulting mixture in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 55 minutes.

After removing from the oven, leave the cheesecake to cool and put it in the fridge for 1 night.

The next day, melt the remaining 200 grams of chocolate again in a water bath and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. When the sugar has melted, add the cream. Stir well. Remove the chocolate from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Then spread it on the cheesecake and put it back in the fridge for 1 hour.

Dessert is served at room temperature.
