Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then cool.
Grind the biscuits with a blender to make crumbs. Mix them with melted butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar, mix everything thoroughly.
Distribute the combination evenly on the bottom of a suitable container and press. Refrigerate.
Whip the cream, add the cooled melted chocolate and the cocoa that you have previously dissolved in a little hot water. Stir well.
Whip the cream cheese with the sugar and mix it with the chocolate mass.
Spread the resulting appetizing combination of chocolate, cream cheese and cream on the cooled biscuit base. Put the dessert in the freezer for an hour, then transfer to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then you can cut into pieces and enjoy the taste.
