No one will guess that you used only 4 ingredients to make this raw cheesecake. It is ideal for dessert at an evening party.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of cornflakes with honey and nuts
  • 400 grams of liquid chocolate with hazelnut flavor
  • 360 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon roasted hazelnuts, crushed

Method of preparation :

Mix the cornflakes with 100 grams of liquid chocolate. Pour the mixture into a pan with a falling bottom and form a loaf.

Beat the cream cheese until smooth and mix with the remaining 300 grams of liquid chocolate. Pour the mixture on the base of cornflakes, smooth and freeze overnight.

Remove the cheesecake from the freezer and leave at room temperature or in the refrigerator to relax. Garnish with crushed hazelnuts, cut into pieces and serve.
