Easy and non-baking recipe for chocolate cheesecake. It only takes a few minutes to prepare the incredibly tasty treat.

Required products :

  • 280 grams of chocolate (for baking)
  • 14 fresh or frozen raspberries (or other fruit)
  • 220 grams of cream cheese, soft
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tea whipped cream (the amount is after breaking)

* 1/2 tea cup of graham crackers (can be used instead of whipped cream)

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Carefully pour it into an ice cube tray so that it sticks on all sides but does not fill. Freeze for at least 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, pea crackers (if you are not using whipped cream) and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add the whipped cream (if you do not use graham crackers) and beat until smooth. Fill each cube of the ice cube tray with 1/3 of the resulting mixture. Add 1 raspberry and cover with the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator and leave the ice cube trays at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, then serve and enjoy their pleasant taste.

Enjoy!
