If you do not have time and want to make a dessert that will appeal to the whole family, this recipe is just for you.

The presented products are for 18 biscuits , and the preparation will take you only 40 minutes .

Required ingredients :

  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sol
  • 3/4 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips
 
Method of preparation :
 
Preheat the oven to about 170 degrees. Put baking paper in a pan and grease it.

Mix the flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
Take a large enough bowl and mix the butter, brown sugar and white sugar in it. Beat the vanilla, egg and yolk inside until a light fluffy mixture is obtained.
Add the flour mixed with salt and soda to the bowl and mix it. Pour the chocolate pieces.
Put about 1/4 tsp. of the prepared mixture on baking paper. Leave a few inches between each biscuit.
Bake for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. After removal, allow to cool completely.
