Required products :
400 milliliters of coconut milk
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
3-4 dates
2 tablespoons chia seeds a
pinch of salt
chopped hazelnuts
Method of preparation :
Pour the coconut milk into the bowl of a blender, add the cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, put 3-4 pitted dates and chia seeds. Beat everything until smooth and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve the pudding sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts or pour with your favorite topping.
The dessert is stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
