Required products :
70 grams of butter
40 grams of sugar + 2 tablespoons for the filling
1 teaspoon baking powder
250 grams of flour + 1 tablespoon for the filling
2-3 tablespoons coconut shavings
100 grams of sour cream
2 eggs (1 for the dough and 1 for the filling)
1.5 teaspoons cocoa
200 grams of cottage cheese
Method of preparation :
Mix the softened butter with the sour cream, one egg and 40 grams of sugar. Gradually add the flour sifted with cocoa and baking powder. Knead a soft dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
Meanwhile, make the filling. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the second egg to the curd. Then add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir and pour the coconut shavings. Stir again.
Take the dough out of the fridge, roll out a layer about 1/2 centimeter thick and cut circles out of it using a suitable cup or other round shape.
Put the stuffing on half of each base and close with the other part.
Arrange the sweets in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment. Bake them in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
