Learn how to cook "Chocolate cookies with ginger without eggs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 teaspoons flour

2 tablespoons baking powder

1/2 cup brown sugar and a little to sprinkle

1 1/4 teaspoon water

140 grams of bitter chocolate

1/3 tea cup vegetable fat

1.5 tablespoons grated ginger

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

a pinch of vanilla

Method of preparation :

Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add the leavening agent, sugar and spices. Mix everything with a fork.

Break the chocolate into pieces (not too small).

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Add the fat to the dry combination of ingredients, pour in the water and stir vigorously. A dough of medium density is obtained.

Add the chocolate pieces to it.

Cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper, grease with a little oil.

Scoop out the dough with a spoon and arrange in a bowl, forming round cookies. Place them at a distance from each other, as they will increase their volume during baking.

Sprinkle their surface with brown sugar and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Wait for them to cool and serve with a cup of hot tea or aromatic coffee.

Enjoy your meal!
