Required products :

  • 500 grams of dark chocolate (over 60% cocoa)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1/4 tea cup cocoa

Method of preparation :

Line a 20 cm square baking tray with parchment paper.

Crush the chocolate and put it in a fireproof bowl.

Put the cream and butter in a saucepan and when the liquid boils, pour over the chocolate and stir to melt. Add the alcohol and stir.

Pour the chocolate into the pan and let it freeze for 2-3 hours.

It's time to cut into squares, lightly run a knife over the chocolate to mark the cutting lines, and make the desired size squares (about 2 centimeters).

Dip the knife in hot water, wipe it and carefully cut it out.

Sprinkle with cocoa through a sieve to cover the chocolates.

You can put them in a box and store them for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
