Necessary products:

 

for the biscuit base

 

  • 4 tea cups crushed chocolate biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

 

for the chocolate mousse

 

  • 350 grams of finely chopped chocolate
  • 2 1/2 chilled whipped cream
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone tea

 

for the cream layer

 

  • 1 and 1/4 confectionery whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 tea cup powdered sugar
  • chocolate shavings for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:


In a blender, grind the biscuits, add the butter and make a dough. Spread it on the bottom and walls of the cake pan and cool. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate mixed with the whipped cream, sugar, coffee and mascarpone in a water bath.

 

Whip the cream mixed with the vanilla and powdered sugar. Separate part of it to finish and combine the two mixtures, stirring until a homogeneous fluffy cream. Pour it into the form and distribute evenly.

 

Finish the dessert with the remaining cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

 

Cool, cut, serve cream pie and enjoy.
