Required products :
100 grams of milk chocolate
300 grams of cream with 33% fat
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
15 grams of gelatin
90 milliliters of water
whipped cream and ground walnuts for decoration
Method of preparation :
Break the chocolate into large pieces, melt it in a water bath and leave to cool. Pour gelatin with warm water and let it dissolve. Cool the cream and beat it, gradually adding the sugar. It needs to thicken.
Add gelatin to the cooled chocolate and stir quickly. Then carefully pour the cream and without haste, mix thoroughly.
Distribute the finished cream in suitable bowls and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with ground walnuts and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
