Put the chocolate in a fireproof bowl and place it in a water bath (boiling water). It is important that the container containing the chocolate does not touch the liquid. Wait for it to melt, then stir with a wooden spoon. You can melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and reheat for another 30 seconds.
Mix the chocolate with the peanut butter and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with a fork and mix with the chocolate to make a thick sauce. Add a pinch of salt and stir again.
Beat the egg whites in the snow.
Carefully pour them into the chocolate mixture, adding them in portions and stirring gently.
Fill 8 jars with the mixture and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Before serving, garnish with cream and whip into cream. Finish with chocolate or fruit as desired.
