Learn how to cook "Chocolate cream with pieces of fresh strawberries and powdered sugar". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 100 grams of strawberries (fresh)
- powdered sugar to taste
- 250 grams of yogurt (natural)
- 100 grams of liquid cream with a fat content of not less than 30%
- 100 grams of chocolate (milk)
Method of preparation :
Melt the broken pieces of milk chocolate in a water bath, then pour the liquid cream into it in a thin stream, stir a little and transfer the mixture to the bowl of a blender.
Beat to obtain a homogeneous mixture, and then add the yogurt. Beat again.
Distribute the cream in dessert bowls and place them in the freezer for half an hour until the cream is firm.
Serve with pieces of fresh strawberries and powdered sugar.
