Required products :

9 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
8 tablespoons sour cream
5-6 tablespoons sugar
3-4 tablespoons cocoa
100 grams cream cheese (sweetened)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar.


Add cream and stir.


Then add the cocoa flour and baking powder. Stir again.


A homogeneous cake batter is obtained.


Distribute it in silicone muffin tins that you have previously greased with oil. In the middle of the dough in each cup put a little sweetened cream cheese.


Bake the cupcakes in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
