Required products :

400 milliliters of fresh milk
30 grams of gelatin
200 grams of quality dark chocolate
5-7 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Preparation :
Pour gelatin with some of the milk (about 150 milliliters), stir and allow to swell (the exact time is indicated on the gelatin package).
Pour the remaining milk into a suitable saucepan and add the sugar. Place the pan on the hob. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the sweetened warm milk. Heat over low heat so that the chocolate can melt gradually. This should be done with constant stirring, not allowing the milk to boil.

When the gelatin swells, warm in a water bath until it liquefies. It should not boil.

You should combine the two mixtures, adding the gelatin to the chocolate (you can strain it when pouring).

Mix the combination well and distribute in prepared suitable molds.
Refrigerate the dessert until firm.

When serving, you can decorate with melted white chocolate, caramel syrup,
sprinkle with crushed nuts of your choice or just enjoy the temptation without additions.

Enjoy your meal!
