Necessary products:
300 grams of whipped cream
250 grams of soft full-fat cottage cheese
150 milliliters of cream
125 grams of broken chocolate
125 grams of muesli
90 grams of sugar
90 grams of warm butter
2 proteins
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons gelatin powder
30 grams of chocolate shavings
Method of preparation:
First make the base. To do this, mix the muesli, butter, 30 grams of sugar and distribute the combination evenly on the bottom of a round baking dish. Put it in the refrigerator.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stirring constantly.
Pour gelatin into 3 tablespoons of cold water and let it swell. Then put on a water bath until dissolved.
In a deep bowl, beat the cottage cheese and egg yolks, add the remaining 60 grams of sugar, cream, liquid chocolate, chocolate chips and gelatin. Mix everything.
Beat the egg whites separately and carefully add them to the chocolate cream. Pour the resulting mixture on the base of muesli and allow to cool until thickened. Then carefully transfer the dessert to a suitable dish, decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Another option is to mix the muesli with the cream and store in the cold.
