Required products :

150 grams of dark chocolate (70 grams of cocoa)
4 egg yolks
150 grams of granulated sugar
200 grams of softened butter
100 grams of cocoa powder
300 milliliters of whipping cream
150 grams of drunk cherries + a few for decoration

Method of preparation :

Put a suitable bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Beat the yolks with the sugar until white (use a mixer). Then add the melted chocolate to them and beat again.
In a separate bowl, mix the butter with the sifted cocoa powder and combine the chocolate and butter masses.
Whip the cream in a cold bowl until stiff. Carefully add to the chocolate mixture, add the drunk cherries, which you first drained from the liquid with a colander and dried. Mix everything.

Cover the bottom and walls of a 22 cm diameter mold with plastic wrap to protrude beyond the container. Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl and close with foil. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

When you take the dessert out of the fridge, turn it over on a suitable flat dish, remove the foil and decorate with a few drunk cherries.
