Required products :

300 milliliters of high-fat whipping cream

1 tablespoon chocolate liqueur or 1 teaspoon chocolate extract

75 grams of sugar

100 grams of butter

200 grams of dark chocolate

3 egg yolks

 

For decoration:

cocoa powder

fresh cream

fruits in chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath together with the butter, then leave the mixture to cool.

Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a white foam. Continue beating with the mixer on low speed and add the chocolate combination, liqueur or extract.

Whip the cream to a froth and add it to the other products.

Distribute the resulting combination in suitable molds and leave for at least 2 hours.

Then carefully transfer the chocolate temptation to dessert plates and garnish with fruit dipped in melted chocolate, for example, fresh cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
