Method of preparation :
Pour the canned pineapple together with a small part of the syrup in a pan and heat. Then pour the remaining syrup, add the flour and stir until thickened.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the honey and the broken dark chocolate to the pineapple sauce. Once the chocolate pieces have melted, combine the mixture with the cream and the lightly beaten egg. Season with cinnamon, cardamom and ginger.
Spread the cream in greased refractory dessert bowls, sprinkle with crushed rusks / biscuits, which are previously mixed with butter, sugar, cocoa and spices.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven and serve.
