How To Cook Chocolate Desserts With Biscuits And Raspberries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of biscuits, finely crushed
  • 25 grams of powdered sugar, sifted
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate, crushed
  • 100 grams of butter + more for greasing
  • 75 grams of dried fruit (crocan or nuts of choice)
  • 150 grams of milk chocolate, crushed
  • 200 grams of raspberries

Method of preparation :

Mix the crushed biscuits with the powdered sugar. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a water bath and combine with the biscuit mixture. Add the dried fruit (crocan, nuts or other) and stir. Pour the resulting mixture into a greased and covered with parchment paper rectangular pan and press on the bottom. Cool for 15 minutes or until firm.

Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the biscuit base. Garnish with raspberries on top by pressing them lightly into the chocolate. Optionally decorate with dried fruits (crocan or nuts). Cool until dessert is firm.

Cut into squares and serve.
