3/4 tea cup sugar (brown)

1 tablespoon instant coffee

1/2 teaspoon yogurt

1 teaspoon flour

1/4 teaspoon oil

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

For the glaze:

1 tablespoon hot water

1 teaspoon of instant coffee

2 - 3 tablespoons fresh milk

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

100 grams of cream cheese

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

chocolate sticks for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients for the dough (flour, cocoa, salt, soda and coffee). In a separate bowl, beat the egg, add the oil and vanilla extract. Then add the yogurt and sugar, mix everything thoroughly. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry one and stir so that no lumps form.

Grease baking tins with oil and spread the dough in them. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes and after the donuts have cooled slightly, remove them on a wire rack.

Make the glaze, mixing all the products for it and mix until a homogeneous mixture. Dip each of the donuts in the glaze, arrange on a wire rack and when the excess liquid has drained, sprinkle with chocolate bars.
