Necessary products
For the dough:
1 teaspoon flour
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground coffee
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon buttermilk
1/2 tablespoon
colored soda sugar, chocolate bars or other sprinkles
For cream:
1 teaspoon ground coffee
3 tablespoons fresh milk
1 tablespoon hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
50 grams cream cheese
Method of preparation :
Mix the coffee, cocoa and soda in a bowl.
Combine the oil, egg and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
Add the brown sugar and buttermilk.
Combine the liquid and dry mixtures, add the flour and mix.
Divide the dough into suitable molds and bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven (180 degrees).
Remove to cool on a wire rack.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream, mixing all the products to make it.
Dip one side of the donuts in it, sprinkle with chocolate bars for example and serve.
